Unbelievably rubbish Bereavement team.
I tried to notify them of my deceased mum to switch an account and I've waited 7 days with nothing done at all.
They seem to employ people who act like they're sleeping, and uninterested in the customer also don't know their job.
I will be switching my dad over to a real energy company who employ responsive admin and of which I use myself without any of this hassle.
