Don't join this supplier I have been battling 6 months for my bills as they registered my neighbour's gas meter on my account instead of mine and couldn't sort this simple issue that wouldn't have happened if they have done the ground work and check the details, after finally refunding me my gas bill and agreeing to let me close my account with no fees, they are now over pricing my electricity bills and charging ridiculous amount for my last bill.. Total scam this company and incompetent customer service always liaising with different people no one check any information I had to repeat the issue on my account everytime with different people, total internal miscommunication their customer service not even submitting my details correctly to solve the issue .. Stay away! I am joining Octopus Energy and their customer service is already 100% better, liaising with one competent person rather than Eon's Mess.
