These are such terrible people: they quoted me £31.82 a month, and then tripled it, to £96.57 a month. They are now dunning me for the balance (including £100 exit fees), and an illusory £15 late payment fee; threatening debt collection agency
I should have known better to give them another try (I'd forgotten: I left them some years ago).
I was going to say that I don't know why anyone signs up with them; but then I recalled why *I* did (see above).
Avoid these people.
I'm only giving them one star, because I can't post without one - let alone a CROSS.
