I attempted to have my insurance card validated in order to start my membership.
Two reps attempted to up-sale me other amenities. It was a hard sale and reminded me of what I experienced with my Time share. I explained that I couldn’t afford the up-sale, but the pressure to buy was maintained by the reps. I didn’t get the impression that they cared for me as a customer and client, but were only interested in my money….very disappointing!
