Hidden fees, their credit card processing skipped processing over a holiday weekend and they billed me two late fees. Signed up for a membership for $25 a month, the next month I get hit for $100 because there’s an annual fee and their billing dept double billed me a late fee over a holiday weekend, which my bank thought was fraud.
