This is a very underhanded company. I was “sold” a gym membership in Boca Raton, for a pre-opening rate. The gym was supposed to open in two months. 10-12 months later they started charging my credit. When I tried to cancel, I went to the gym. They were not helpful wanting to charge several months of service I never received. The only time I ever set foot in the gym was to cancel. The local folks were no help, and there is no phone or contact listed at corporate to resolve the disagreement. Today I received a notice from a collection agency for unpaid billing. Total BS, from a company that I had only visited once in an effort to cancel. Caveat emptor - let the buyer beware!
