Does anyone know if EOS is under new management or if the company is having financial problems? The people working the front desk are constantly turning over. They’ve reduced the number of classes drastically.
I use to go almost every day. Now I only take a couple classes a week. The clock in the sauna must have stopped working because it was removed. After mentioning it to the “front desk” a number of times, was told it wouldn’t be replaced. I believe it’s a safety issue. Many of the womens locker locks don’t work, but it appears to fall on uncaring ears. Some machines go a long time before being repaired. I am now considering looking for another gym.
