The wig is full and thick and accurate to the photograph. But I want to talk about the company and their customer service. I ordered the wig and received it within the working week, turns out it was the wrong color so I promptly emailed the company to get the situation figured out and they emailed me a return label for the wrong wig and shipped the right one the same day. I got the right wig 3 days later, and their distribution address is all the way across the country from me! What blew my mind more so was the fact that they also included a pre-labeled package to send the old wig back! I sent the wrong wig back that day! Never have I had such easy and overall good experience with a cosplay site’s customer service! I have ordered a handful of times from this company and will continue to come back for great quality and great people running it.
