“I love Epic Cosplay. Have been ordering from them for about 7 years now. The fibers are super thick and you get a lot more for your money than you do with a lot of other retailers that overprice for thinner wigs.”

“The wig is amazing--the fibers have been really easy to work with, and as someone who used to not go for epic cosplay wigs, this wig has me really sold on them. Additionally, the customer service is better than anything I've experienced in a long time. I was in a panic after I couldn't find a wig I needed for a con in two weeks, and when I explained that, they sent the wig out within two hours of me ordering, and it was in my hand 2 days later. What could have been a really distressing experience for me turned out to be great (esp cause this wig is better than the one I lost!). So Seriously, great wig, create customer service, 100% will use again.”

“Epic Cosplay is always really great to work with, I've loved the wigs I've gotten from them!!! Only thing that drops a point is that the clips on one of my wig pigtails broke off on the first use. This is the only issue I've ever had with them though and I will still definitely recommend this company to other cosplayers! These wigs tend to be very nice, fairly thick and comfortable. I also love the colour options!”

“The wig I originally got was out of stock and they let me exchange it for a different one. They had someone run to the post office at like 6 to help me make sure it arrived on time. Great service and very polite staff, and the wig was good quality too.”

“My package was never delivered. I ordered a nyx black wig on August 7th. I received a notification saying the package got delivered on 8/12 at 3:39pm, but when I checked there were no packages outside or in my mailbox. The mail person got to my house on 8/12 at 3:56pm. (17 minutes later. The mail person only delivered letters there were no packages delivered. I contacted epic cosplay who told me to wait until 8/31 before they can file a claim.”

“What can I say? I effed up the adress, and they went STRAIGHT to helping me when I asked for help. No delays, no troubles, no problems, nothing negative at all! My newest wig was shipped really quickly, and it's soon already here :D I am excited to play around with it! Just like my previous orders, they are exactly as described, there is just nothing bad to say about!”

“Needed this wig for a very specific look and it was perfect. Good thickness for the price. Fibres are smooth and not too “plasticy” in look or feel. After I gave the bangs and bob a little trim, it was perfect for my Eve cosplay.”
