“Wigs shown as in stock, put the order in on January 2nd, got notification order has been shipped on January 2nd, only to find out via booth worker at ALA that wigs I ordered were actually coming from overseas and arrived on January 9th, shipped out that night to my home, not possible to retrieve because I am staying at friends house miles away Absolutely dishonest, no communications, will never shop here again ever”

“Purchased the Aion white wig, and the first time, recieved a tracking number that the shipping service did not recognise. However, even after a month of waiting, the staff were extremely kind and reshipped the product. I recieved it recently, and I'm looking forward to wearing it at a convention soon. Thank you!”

“I've always had good experiences purchasing from Epic Cosplay for my Cosplay projects through the years! Whenever I'm unable to find a really specific color for a base wig, EC always manages to have what I need. My recent order consisted of 2 wigs in unusual and highly specific colors in very specific lengths. Super thankful they were in stock! As with my previous orders, the wigs are thick with silky fibers that usually tangle less then other wigs I've purchased, even less so when I thoroughly crimp them before styling. The skin tops on EC wigs are also nice and big, making them really easy to style for more complex character hair styles. They shed some, but not as much as most wigs I've purchased, especially if you care for them properly. Delivery is always unexpectedly fast (often less than a week up to two weeks at most, which is extremely reasonable when I live across the country and often order during their busy periods) and I have never received anything damaged or defective. The only complaint I have ever had with Epic Cosplay wigs are that the wig caps themselves are often a little too big for my tiny head, but that's just because I'm tiny and not any errors on EC's part. I expect to have to make some alterations for anything I purchase clothing or costume wise, so this doesn't bother me at all. If anything, it means I can fit my crazy thick hair under the wig caps without any issue! If you're looking for roomy wig caps, EC is the place to go!”

“It is absolutely gorgeous. It is a litle lighter than the photo shows, but if you compare it with other "shadow blue" wigs, that's the correct colour. Never-the-less, customer services was fantastic when I had questions about other products, and this was shipped so quickly. It is soft, so curly, and I cannot wait to wear it.”
