Whist the wigs are gorgeous am I am the proud owner of many, the last experience was horrific. How a company suppers when there is a problem is the key, not when all goes smooth. Whilst they kindly sent a replacement wig when the first one didn’t arrive, they never moved a finger to help we work out why in the end neither of the wigs arrived. I spend countless hours in the phone with the courier, emails, investigation and in the end my partner drove 4 hoirs to get it. They told PayPal my wig arrived although they well knew it didn’t or at least that it was only part of the story which mean that PayPal closed the case as if the wig was delivered. And then they were gaslighting me by saying ‘we only have PayPal tracking’ - ‘How would you like me to help you?’. Dealing with your own couriers over the month to 1.5 months of me dealing with it would have been helpful. Not closing off the PayPal case when it was wrong to would have been helpful. Not gaslighting me would have been helpful. There’s a whole lot of things that would have been helpful. And you can now say DHL said it was delivered. Maybe that is something you’d like to chat to them about. How two wigs they clearly were not delivered were marked as delivered and why you don’t care a single bit and I would have been out of money and wig had my partner jot drive 4 hours and spend more countless hours with courier. And you knew what was happening as you were in all the correspondence. And thought any of it. You haven’t liften one finger to help. Absolute zero care factor

Hi there, We strongly feel sorry, even after SO MANY emails between you and us, and the shipping company and us, you still blame us. If we didn't care about you, we wouldn't ship out the 2nd wig before the shipping company's required date. Each shipping company has a required date before filing the claim. We knew you needed the wig urgently. And we want you to get the wig ASAP. That's why we put the shipping company's rule aside and shipped out the 2nd one immediately for you. We are not the shipping company. We also want to know the reason why the two shipments couldn't be received ! Regarding to Paypal, You filed the chargeback on Paypal. And we provided the tracking and all other evidence to Paypal. In the end, PayPal resolved the case in our favor. That's PayPal's decision and we cannot argue anything about that. Anyway, we want everyone to be happy, but we feel sorry that we are not Superman.

Hi there, I checked the tracking of your order. The tracking shows it was delivered today (US time, Sept 22). Did you get the package ? For the shipping, unfortunately, we have no control over the shipping company at all. DHL is not a small company either. Hopefully, it would not disappoint the customers. Will avoid epic wigs in the future, normally order from Adra but they had all the wigs I wanted on back order so I decide to try out epic wigs. (11/29/24) friday I ordred the wig and not till 6 days later thursday (12/05/24) do I receive an email saying that the wig is actually on back order and won't be shipping out till end of december. No where did it say this when I was purchasing the wig and I was not notified till almost a week later. Secondly this part is my fault but using UPS for shipping (I should have checked) I was hit with a service/brokerage fee of $37 (more then the price of the wig) on top of the price i already paid in shipping ($23) I have learned my lesson.

Color for the wig I bought was not at all accurate to what was on the site. Returns are a hassle so I'm very displeased.

i ordered a wig and they gave me the wrong tracking info so i couldnt look up where it is, then i had to pay customs but the tracking information wouldnt work so i figured it was a scam, i contacted the shipping company and they said it was not a real tracking number. i still havent gotten my wig

My wigs have tangled more in the time it took to put onto the wig stand and pin up to start sewing wefts than some wigs from other companies I have have tangled in 5 years. I have spent 8 hours detangling and only 30min styling because of how awful it is. I did not do my research before buying and that is on me because a bunch of people I’ve talked to have had the same issues.

Don’t order a really long wig. Absolutely terrible. Way too thick and impossible to untangle, even with detangling spray. Trying to brush it just made more tangles. Either get a short one or Save your money and order a real wig

We are so sorry to hear about this problem. I don’t know if you’re familiar with working with longer wigs and detangling them already, but if not, I'd like to go over a few things about handling long wigs. Long wigs need more attention and maintenance simply due to their long length. They have over thousands and thousands of small wig fibers that tangle more easily than a shorter wig. It’s not easy dealing with a long wig, but there are ways to mitigate that. We recommend using a wide tooth comb. Please always comb the very BOTTOM of the wig and gradually work your way to the top. Always avoid starting from top to bottom. Once you’ve successfully combed out the current area, move your comb a little higher. If frizzing/matting starts to happen, typically a normal flat iron (avoid chi irons) on low setting can sometimes remove the frizziness. If not, it just means it’s too damage and you would most likely need to trim that area off. Frizziness is caused by the comb pulling on the wig which creates tension on the fibers. The resulting tension creates heat energy within the fibers which causes it to frizz. Again, putting a flat iron on low sitting usually fixes this. If it’s just a small part of your wig that’s frizzed/damaged, we do suggest using these techniques above to repair it. I am very disappointed. These wefts I bought was to add on to a wig to add highlights. My usual vendor didn’t have purple wefts so I googled search and found this store to purchase em. But I regret it now. The quality for synthetic is horrible! The moment I opened the package the strands were really tanglely. And hard to brush. I started brushing and brushing and finally tried to add it to the wig but it continues to be super nappy! And it’s really bad quality.

Super bummed. Bought a brown wig and needed more hair to make it thicker so I bought wefts in the same shade but they are a completely different color brown so I can’t use them

None of the wigs or ponytails I have received fit right, and none of them look real enough. It looks like doll hair. Plus y’all won’t refund my money so I had to order even more stuff which also doesn’t work for my needs bc you would only refund me a gift card. Very disappointed.

I know the wig we ordered is not top of the line and I expected that it would take some work to detangle it. But I am surprised that there was no effort made on your part to prevent tangles in shipping. The lower third of the wig is so matted that I do not think we can get it untangled. This was the first wig purchased by my teen - with their birthday money - and they spent the evening after it arrived in tears. Again, I did not expect perfection but I assumed there would be some effort on your part. If it is normal for wigs of this length to get this tangled when shipped then they should not be sold. I really do not think it is salvageable.
