i ordered a wig and they gave me the wrong tracking info so i couldnt look up where it is, then i had to pay customs but the tracking information wouldnt work so i figured it was a scam, i contacted the shipping company and they said it was not a real tracking number. i still havent gotten my wig

My wigs have tangled more in the time it took to put onto the wig stand and pin up to start sewing wefts than some wigs from other companies I have have tangled in 5 years. I have spent 8 hours detangling and only 30min styling because of how awful it is. I did not do my research before buying and that is on me because a bunch of people I’ve talked to have had the same issues.

Don’t order a really long wig. Absolutely terrible. Way too thick and impossible to untangle, even with detangling spray. Trying to brush it just made more tangles. Either get a short one or Save your money and order a real wig

We are so sorry to hear about this problem. I don’t know if you’re familiar with working with longer wigs and detangling them already, but if not, I'd like to go over a few things about handling long wigs. Long wigs need more attention and maintenance simply due to their long length. They have over thousands and thousands of small wig fibers that tangle more easily than a shorter wig. It’s not easy dealing with a long wig, but there are ways to mitigate that. We recommend using a wide tooth comb. Please always comb the very BOTTOM of the wig and gradually work your way to the top. Always avoid starting from top to bottom. Once you’ve successfully combed out the current area, move your comb a little higher. If frizzing/matting starts to happen, typically a normal flat iron (avoid chi irons) on low setting can sometimes remove the frizziness. If not, it just means it’s too damage and you would most likely need to trim that area off. Frizziness is caused by the comb pulling on the wig which creates tension on the fibers. The resulting tension creates heat energy within the fibers which causes it to frizz. Again, putting a flat iron on low sitting usually fixes this. If it’s just a small part of your wig that’s frizzed/damaged, we do suggest using these techniques above to repair it. I am very disappointed. These wefts I bought was to add on to a wig to add highlights. My usual vendor didn’t have purple wefts so I googled search and found this store to purchase em. But I regret it now. The quality for synthetic is horrible! The moment I opened the package the strands were really tanglely. And hard to brush. I started brushing and brushing and finally tried to add it to the wig but it continues to be super nappy! And it’s really bad quality.

Super bummed. Bought a brown wig and needed more hair to make it thicker so I bought wefts in the same shade but they are a completely different color brown so I can’t use them

None of the wigs or ponytails I have received fit right, and none of them look real enough. It looks like doll hair. Plus y’all won’t refund my money so I had to order even more stuff which also doesn’t work for my needs bc you would only refund me a gift card. Very disappointed.

I know the wig we ordered is not top of the line and I expected that it would take some work to detangle it. But I am surprised that there was no effort made on your part to prevent tangles in shipping. The lower third of the wig is so matted that I do not think we can get it untangled. This was the first wig purchased by my teen - with their birthday money - and they spent the evening after it arrived in tears. Again, I did not expect perfection but I assumed there would be some effort on your part. If it is normal for wigs of this length to get this tangled when shipped then they should not be sold. I really do not think it is salvageable.

Ordered a blonde, curly wig. Received a straight, brown wig. They don't do refunds, only store credit. Super annoying I'm being punished for buying one thing and getting another. Guess I'm just out $60. Don't recommend this shop at all.

We never punish customers for "buying one thing and getting another." As per our return policy: "In the event there is a product shipping error or item defect, we offer a 100% refund or exchange. Email us at support@epiccosplay.com if you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item. Please include photo(s) of the wig in the condition it arrived in as well as the tag. I'm so sad I wasted my money on this garbage. Their wigs tangled beyond saving the minute I touched them. I was so excited for them too because this site came highly recommended by a friend but I'm just really disappointed. Cheap Amazon wigs are honestly way better.

NOT EVEN CLOSE to the color in the picture AT ALL.... VERY UNHAPPY... If I didn't have to pay return shipping cost, I would totally return my item.... What a WASTE of $$$$
