Will avoid epic wigs in the future, normally order from Adra but they had all the wigs I wanted on back order so I decide to try out epic wigs. (11/29/24) friday I ordred the wig and not till 6 days later thursday (12/05/24) do I receive an email saying that the wig is actually on back order and won't be shipping out till end of december. No where did it say this when I was purchasing the wig and I was not notified till almost a week later. Secondly this part is my fault but using UPS for shipping (I should have checked) I was hit with a service/brokerage fee of $37 (more then the price of the wig) on top of the price i already paid in shipping ($23) I have learned my lesson.
