“Good quality cosplay wigs at good prices. Only issue I have is with shipping to Canada pricing is high and I was charged customs…but not sure if that’s the company’s fault. Otherwise, customer service is also excellent!”

“Purchased the Aion white wig, and the first time, recieved a tracking number that the shipping service did not recognise. However, even after a month of waiting, the staff were extremely kind and reshipped the product. I recieved it recently, and I'm looking forward to wearing it at a convention soon. Thank you!”

“I thought I would need both the bangs and the wefts, but there ended up being so much more in the wefts than I anticipated and I was able to use just those. I had a hard time curling the wefts, but it ended up workout out in the end.”

“Overall, the wigs are good quality. Big enough to fit my head + hair, lots of wig hair, not too much shedding. Sometimes wig quality is a bit unsatisfactory.”

“The hair is beautiful! Cannot say enough about it. My only problem is, is the clip is either too small or too tight. I wear it but it is a struggle to put on. Once on it is awesome and beautiful!”

“Epic is a great company for cosplay items, everything is high quality and I've never had issues with them! Their return policies are a bit ridiculous with needing every single piece of paper, cardboard shaper, etc. and basically if they determine it's not able to be restocked immediately without them simply fixing it in less than 5 minutes they will charge you a 20% fee. You also have to cover return shipping and only get store credit of whatever is left after fees they may charge. It's clear this is done so they do not lose much money as a niche company but in turn this can be a turn off for some customers as it's not very considerate of the customers themselves. If you're satisfied with your item, this will not be an issue! If you're not, you're most likely better off keeping the item and figuring something else out rather than losing money.”

“It’s a very good wig! It is extremely dense and the fibers are very soft. I personally ended up unpicking the crown of the head and resewing it into a different hairline so I can definitely say the wefts are sewn together well and it doesn’t shed a lot. I would give it 5 stars but the cap is a bit big so it sits awkwardly around my ears. (Picture is after I altered the hairline and took hair out)”
