“Shipping was very fast, but packaging was pretty awful ( the wigs were crammed into a small usps priority envelope, I ship priority all the time and I know they offer a larger padded envelope for the price I paid ) and the wig quality was well below what was advertised online. Or what I’ve received from epic cosplay in the past.”

“You did not mark out if a wig was out of stock or not and let me know after. Although I was offered another wig of the same style, the color was not what I was looking for. I ordered a different wig and it was okay, however, there are some slight weft showings at the top of the head, and since I had to pay an additional 5 dollars (bringing my total up to almost 40 dollars) I was disappointed in the quality and was expecting a full wig with no balding spots.”

“Bought a wig for a friend, and had it delivered to her house. Unfortunately, there was a grey-ish discoloration on the wig, as seen in the attached photo.”

So sorry about this situation. It probably comes from the heating process. You can use a wet towel to wipe the small area to see if it comes out. It should go away if you wash it. Our support team can contact you with more details. Thank you so much for your time

“Hello the package went through customs costs and I had to pay 15€ extra, which I thought was pretty stupid and sad, I won't order here again im sorry. But the wig was very cool”

Thank you so much for your review. We wish we could cover the duties/customs. Unfortunately, different countries have different duty/tax rate and policy, we don't have those information. “There were issues with the shipping and the company said it was the fault of epic not sending the package until several days later. And the epic said it was a delay on dhl to my opinion there replay was too aggressive but anyway no clear answer was given. As for the wig they have lots of hair the quality seems good quality have been styling it and so far no problem.”

“Shipping was very fast. I like the wig cap and the pom pom hair ties. I reached out about the wig I received because it looked damaged at the top. I was told there's a heat process added to the wig because some customers like to style the wig a certain way. The tag said "modified" but the website did not mention this particular wig was modified. I will be returning the wig.”

“Wig was great but I was very unhappy about having to pay an additional $20 in order to pick up my package from the post office. I was not told there was an extra fee, I already paid almost $80 for the wig and wefts to be shipped. Won’t be ordering again.”

This is what our international customers see when they get to pick their shipping method: -Parcel International Standard (4-10 days): Duties, Taxes & Fees NOT Included. May Be Due Upon Delivery -Parcel International Direct Priority (4-8 days): Duties & Taxes Included Total includes taxes and duties You ended up picking the first one. “I really want to like and support you guys, but I never seem to have an easy time with your wigs. This time, I need to trim the bangs on all the wigs I ordered and every one of them came with a very stubborn fold/wave in the bangs that makes everything asymmetrical and makes cutting the wigs much more difficult than it should be. I feel like with straight wig fibers, I shouldn't have to fight folds and creases like this. And with style-able wigs, it shouldn't be this much of a battle just to reach a neutral starting point. Unless I need a wig as-is out the bag, I can't imagine I'll return to Epic again.”

Hi Alexandra! We appreciate you leaving a review about your issues with our products. The reason why some of our wigs get these random folds and waves is because it's folded/packaged in a bag. You can remove the folds by using a basic flat iron on it. Just like how sometimes clothes have folds right out of the package as well because it's folded and packaged. Hi Devon! We don't style our wigs when we take photos of them so the product photos should've been "Un-styled". We are so sorry that your wig came in tangled. That should not have happened.
