Hey there! We're sorry we didn't get your email! Did you try sending an email to support@epiccosplay.com? Because I actually just tried looking up your name, Order # and email and I don't see any email messages using those information. I also checked the spam inbox and found nothing >_< As for the late shipping, I see that you selected the standard shipping of 3-9 business days, and according to the tracking status, you got your package in three days, which is actually pretty fast considering it could take up to 9 business days. Hi there, thank you so much for your feedback! We are really sorry to hear about this. Our wigs are one size fits most and that can be a challenge sometimes. If you purchased a prestyled wig (ie: Gaia, Phoebe, etc), please try removing the hairties, putting the wig back on your head and then retying it while it's on your head. What this does is it reshapes the wig into the shape of your head. Thank you!

“The thing that's keeping me from rating it five stars is the return policy. I had to return a wig that looked like a different color in person than online, and apparently the only refund option is in store credits. Refunding in store credits isn't good, and it's something I dislike incredibly.”

“Not about the company, but the wig itself. It's quite easy to see the cap through the fibers without any sort of styling. This also restricts the amount of styling that can be done to it. Fiber and cap quality are fine, but I don't believe this wig is worth the $42 I paid for it when I can see the cap so easily.”
