There were issues with the shipping and the company said it was the fault of epic not sending the package until several days later. And the epic said it was a delay on dhl to my opinion there replay was too aggressive but anyway no clear answer was given.
As for the wig they have lots of hair the quality seems good quality have been styling it and so far no problem.
