I really want to like and support you guys, but I never seem to have an easy time with your wigs. This time, I need to trim the bangs on all the wigs I ordered and every one of them came with a very stubborn fold/wave in the bangs that makes everything asymmetrical and makes cutting the wigs much more difficult than it should be. I feel like with straight wig fibers, I shouldn't have to fight folds and creases like this. And with style-able wigs, it shouldn't be this much of a battle just to reach a neutral starting point. Unless I need a wig as-is out the bag, I can't imagine I'll return to Epic again.
