“not horrible but too plastic-y for my liking. wigs are also lacking in volume. they get tangled super easily just unfolding the weft package is borderline impossible even if you’re super gentle and careful and using products if necessary. ordered it because i like the price and i had heard some good reviews. unfortunately not a great first impression from my experience”

“Wig was great except some wefts were torn off of the wig cap. Reached out to customer service but no one responded. Easily fixable though, just wish I didn’t pay so much for a damaged wig.”

“I've bought from Epic since 2012, it is one of the first wig companies that I thought was a trusted site for quality materials. But my last order really did shock me, just the complete atrocious quality of the wigs. Delivery and customer service is always pretty great but the wig quality has declined so much I am reluctant to buy again.”

“I’m a little torn! I work with the princess party community and have been styling wigs for 7 years now so I’m pretty aware of how wigs should act with certain products and styling. I’ve purchased 2 wigs from EC because everyone loves them, their shade and style range is massive and I can find what I want super simple on their website for a decent price. But the 2 wigs I got have been TERRIBLE and IMPOSSIBLE to work with! The first one wouldn’t curl, hold a tease but also tangled like crazy! I though I must have gotten a bad base and bought another one - this one curled but came SO tangled and the more I brush the curls out as I’ve done the last 7 years the more tangled it gets. Maybe I got two bad bases? I’m not sure if I’ll buy here again though based on how bad these experiences were.”

“Looked much flatter in photos/Epic Cosplay's youtube videos, but the wig was surprisingly thick and messy at the roots - almost like it had been backcombed? Because of this, creating a part (other than the one the wig comes with) was not possible. I think if the wig wasn't so aggressively ratted at the roots, it would've been a really great option for my Johnny Silverhand cosplay :( Don't go for this wig if you're hoping to style a part, or want it to look even remotely natural.”

“This wig doesn't alter at all. The description says you can use heat but there's no point because it does nothing. I bought this for a cosplay and have tried numerous ways to put put waves in it and the result is the same.”

Hi Tiffany! What are you trying to do with your wig? Since wigs are not made out of human hair, a lot of the times, they cannot be styled like human hair. “I ordered the “Moonie” wig set. It came with a blonde shaggy haircut for the base, two buns, and the long pigtails separate. 1st) NO instructions on how to put the wig together to make it look like the picture on the website. Can’t even find a 3rd party YouTube to watch. 2nd) Most of us have seen the show. Sailor moon has hair that is clearly put in pigtails. The wigs picture online is supposed to look like pigtails yet it was sent with a shaggy haircut as the base. Pigtails’ base do NOT look like a shaggy haircut. No part, the hair on the base wig is too short so you can’t even put it into pigtails yourself. And nothing to clip the buns/ pony tails to at all. 3rd) The clips they DID use on the buns and pigtails were SO WEAK it can’t even hold the weight of the hair onto the base wig. Long story short: I do not recommend. Product does not look like the picture on the website and ISNT EVEN CLOSE to the goals of pigtails. A 70$ wig that I now have to essentially remake entirely myself. Shame. This company was highly recommended. I however would NOT recommend if you are purchasing the “moonie” wig set.”

Does the base wig in the product photo matches the one you received? If not, could you please email us at support@epiccosplay.com with "attn tiffany" as the subject and with some photos of the wig you received? 3) If you were referring to the clips in the buns, they should be secured with bobby pins (which is shown in the tutorial video that we linked). Please let us know if you have any questions about this. If you'd like to return this wig set for your money back, please email us again with "attn Tiffany" in the subject. “I ordered a Maia peach blonde wig which states it comes with a set of ponytail clips. I ordered a second set of ponytail clips and received them in the blue black fusion color of the Eros I ordered. I don’t mind the inccorect clips and will use them, but it’s not what I ordered”

“Wig itself is in excellent condition and is a very good quality. However, I paid for express shipping because I needed it quick for a convention, the wig didn’t arrive until the afternoon of the convention and I had no time to style it”

“You have a great selection and it shipped fast. Unfortunately my address was not properly added to the shipping label for DHL because tracking says it came all the way to the post office in my town, then was rejected and sent back to you in CA because my actual house address never made it on the label! I have reached out to your customer support (5 days ago) and still have not gotten a response. My address was filled out properly on my checkout form, it was listed correctly on my order confirmation.”
