I've bought from Epic since 2012, it is one of the first wig companies that I thought was a trusted site for quality materials. But my last order really did shock me, just the complete atrocious quality of the wigs. Delivery and customer service is always pretty great but the wig quality has declined so much I am reluctant to buy again.
