“I ordered the “Moonie” wig set. It came with a blonde shaggy haircut for the base, two buns, and the long pigtails separate. 1st) NO instructions on how to put the wig together to make it look like the picture on the website. Can’t even find a 3rd party YouTube to watch. 2nd) Most of us have seen the show. Sailor moon has hair that is clearly put in pigtails. The wigs picture online is supposed to look like pigtails yet it was sent with a shaggy haircut as the base. Pigtails’ base do NOT look like a shaggy haircut. No part, the hair on the base wig is too short so you can’t even put it into pigtails yourself. And nothing to clip the buns/ pony tails to at all. 3rd) The clips they DID use on the buns and pigtails were SO WEAK it can’t even hold the weight of the hair onto the base wig. Long story short: I do not recommend. Product does not look like the picture on the website and ISNT EVEN CLOSE to the goals of pigtails. A 70$ wig that I now have to essentially remake entirely myself. Shame. This company was highly recommended. I however would NOT recommend if you are purchasing the “moonie” wig set.”

Please allow us to respond to your concerns: 1) In the product description, we actually provided a link of a video that shows you how to put the wig set together. Does the base wig in the product photo matches the one you received? If not, could you please email us at support@epiccosplay.com with "attn tiffany" as the subject and with some photos of the wig you received? 3) If you were referring to the clips in the buns, they should be secured with bobby pins (which is shown in the tutorial video that we linked). Please let us know if you have any questions about this. If you'd like to return this wig set for your money back, please email us again with "attn Tiffany" in the subject. Thank you and sorry for all of the troubles. We do want to offer the best products to our customers and if they're not happy with it, we definitely want to resolve it. Thanks!! :3

“I ordered a Maia peach blonde wig which states it comes with a set of ponytail clips. I ordered a second set of ponytail clips and received them in the blue black fusion color of the Eros I ordered. I don’t mind the inccorect clips and will use them, but it’s not what I ordered”

“Wig itself is in excellent condition and is a very good quality. However, I paid for express shipping because I needed it quick for a convention, the wig didn’t arrive until the afternoon of the convention and I had no time to style it”

“You have a great selection and it shipped fast. Unfortunately my address was not properly added to the shipping label for DHL because tracking says it came all the way to the post office in my town, then was rejected and sent back to you in CA because my actual house address never made it on the label! I have reached out to your customer support (5 days ago) and still have not gotten a response. My address was filled out properly on my checkout form, it was listed correctly on my order confirmation.”

When the original package came back, we were able to confirm that the address on the shipping label was correct so we suspect that the last courier who handled your package simply couldn't find your address. “The wig was actually not at all like the one I saw pictured. The one pictured is more red and not super curly. What I got was orange-ish and very curly. Quality does seem decent though.”
