I ordered two wigs. One was a shorter wig that was great! The other was a longer wig. Unfortunately this long wig is the tangliest and most prone to tangling long wig i have ever used in my life. Straight out of the package it had rough tangles i could not get out. No matter how much i brushed it through, used detangling silicones, or heat treatment, it didnt make a difference. This wig wouldnt even let me run my fingers through it. Its unfortunate because it looks nice otherwise but because of the amount of tangles it had it was immediately so frizzy and distressed. It was so frustrating to work with i dont think ill be ordering another long wig from this company.
