“I ordered a preorder wig and was worried it wouldn’t get in in-time for my event due to the site saying it may not even ship for up to five weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived a week out from ordering it! I didnt get messages about when it got shipped out, just when it artived so i think there is room for improvement there. I purchased the apollo cit raspberry pink wig and the color is stunning! The quality is so good too, very full and it fits!!”

“The quality of the Hecate V2 wig I purchased was great! Minimal tangles, not too shiny, adjustable/comfortable cap size, good color variety, and the wig lace was clear. Though I had to pay duties shipping to Canada, I'd definitely consider them for quality wigs you can't find anywhere else!”

“Easy to deal with and timely for orders, while not as nice as ArdaWigs, Epic has far less stock issues then I tend to run into with Arda, their company being somewhat local means basically all orders arrive within the week to a few days which is nice, quality is good”

“Their website is not necessarily the most organized, with each color selection being listed as a completely separate item. This can make it pretty trickly to navigate, but once you actually find what you want the product is great! Both my wigs have been exactly what I was looking for, shipped quickly, matched the description, and had great texture and thickness.”

“I bought the Hera butterscotch blonde wig for my Fiona the human cosplay and it works incredibly well. The chronos copper wig is nice and thick so you can style it and still won’t be able to see through the hair. The one thing I bought that I would not buy again are the wig bun hair extensions. They only had one built in clip and the rest I had to use Bobby pins for.”
