“Poor quality wigs. False advertising”

“Ordered a blonde, curly wig. Received a straight, brown wig. They don't do refunds, only store credit. Super annoying I'm being punished for buying one thing and getting another. Guess I'm just out $60. Don't recommend this shop at all.”

Hi Morrison! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Honestly, that sounds terrible! I'd be unhappy too if I ended up receiving a completely different item. We never punish customers for "buying one thing and getting another." As per our return policy: "In the event there is a product shipping error or item defect, we offer a 100% refund or exchange. Email us at support@epiccosplay.com if you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item. Please include photo(s) of the wig in the condition it arrived in as well as the tag. This will help us confirm the possible errors." So let's get this sorted out! Please follow the instructions above and use "attn tiffany" in your subject email. So sorry for the trouble!

“I didn’t receive my wig and customer service has not responded back to me about this issue. So I’m out 70$ and no wig for my Poison Ivy costume :(”

“I'm so sad I wasted my money on this garbage. Their wigs tangled beyond saving the minute I touched them. I was so excited for them too because this site came highly recommended by a friend but I'm just really disappointed. Cheap Amazon wigs are honestly way better.”

“NOT EVEN CLOSE to the color in the picture AT ALL.... VERY UNHAPPY... If I didn't have to pay return shipping cost, I would totally return my item.... What a WASTE of $$$$”

“I have never purchased a wig before and wasn’t exactly sure which type or color I should buy. I decided that it wasn’t for me and wanted to return it to my surprise u do not return you only issue credit which I find today to be so taboo shame on me for not checking the return policy before I bought I will never purchase from you again disappointed customer”
