“Amazing! The customer service is next level! They accommodated my quick timeline and provided and shipped the product really fast while keeping me updated! My item was originally delayed, but when I reached out to ask for accommodation on my schedule, they responded very kindly and made sure that my order would arrive on time. AMAZING service! Overall, I am super happy with the customer service and the wigs. The company is US-based, and I live in Europe, but the high quality makes the longer wait and higher prices worth it. This company is super reliable, and the wigs are thick and high quality. I recommend it for anybody looking for great cosplay wigs!”

“I bought this wig for my daughter who has started getting interested in cosplay. She chose the wig for her Kasane Teto cosplay. The wig arrived rather quickly, just a few days after ordering. The wig comes with three parts, one is the overall wig then 2 clip on curly parts. The wig alone was stunning but the clipped parts were just as nice with beautiful curls. The clips clip on very well and hold nicely throughout the day. All of the wig parts are incredibly soft and very easy to manage. There were no major tangles and was relatively easy to keep tangle free.”

“I had some issues with when my package arrived with where it had arrived but it WASN'T epic cosplays fault, but miscommunication from both the courier and my countr's national postal service. ECW was very patient and gave clear information regarding my package, one of the wigs I bought would take a while to be in stock again and I'd like to say that they, in particular Yena, who informed me and let me decide if I wanted to have my stuff delivered all at once or wait until it came back in stock. Everything arrived intact and together, once it was shipped it was very fast delivery. One critique, while it's not an issue now that I have a ring of color samples, I would love to have more pictures of the colors ECW has in different lighting than just under ring light, it would make a huge difference! Thank you!”

“Will avoid epic wigs in the future, normally order from Adra but they had all the wigs I wanted on back order so I decide to try out epic wigs. (11/29/24) friday I ordred the wig and not till 6 days later thursday (12/05/24) do I receive an email saying that the wig is actually on back order and won't be shipping out till end of december. No where did it say this when I was purchasing the wig and I was not notified till almost a week later. Secondly this part is my fault but using UPS for shipping (I should have checked) I was hit with a service/brokerage fee of $37 (more then the price of the wig) on top of the price i already paid in shipping ($23) I have learned my lesson.”
