Hi there, I checked the tracking of your order. The tracking shows it was delivered today (US time, Sept 22). Did you get the package ? For the shipping, unfortunately, we have no control over the shipping company at all. DHL is not a small company either. Hopefully, it would not disappoint the customers. “The Wig itself was good enough quality, and good for anyone who doesn't know how to make their own wigs, but the customer service was extremely poor, which ended up delaying my order by almost a month, even after I paid extra to have it delivered quickly. If I needed another wig, I would probably buy it here, but it would be a last resort to avoid needing to deal with the customer service again.”

“I thought I would need both the bangs and the wefts, but there ended up being so much more in the wefts than I anticipated and I was able to use just those. I had a hard time curling the wefts, but it ended up workout out in the end.”

“Overall, the wigs are good quality. Big enough to fit my head + hair, lots of wig hair, not too much shedding. Sometimes wig quality is a bit unsatisfactory.”
