The product was shipped out practically right after I placed my order, which was a pleasant surprise. Delivery with DHL wasn't as fast as I hoped though, the order arriving on the last day of the estimated delivery window. That's on DHL though, so it won't affect my review. However, having more international shipping options might be nice. Aside from the delivery, I checked out the company's Instagram page and they are very interactive with their customers. I made a post to my Instagram story showing the product had arrived, and they responded in DMs and shared it on the company's Instagram story also. Lastly, I really like the website and social medias and the company seems to be up-to-date as possible, this is definitely the best place to go for cosplay wigs and I'll be ordering again in the future most likely.
