We ordered 2 different wigs and they were both exactly as described. The shipment came during the timeframe they said it would. On one order I accidentally ordered 2 of the same wig and they reached out to make sure that’s what I wanted before shipping. I really appreciated that. They refunded The extra immediately. I highly recommend these guys. We will buy here again
