I received amazing service from ECW! I pre-ordered a wig, prepared to wait a while for it to arrive. The customer service team reached out several times to let me know when it would be restocked, any delays that where happening, and even suggested other in stock wigs that they could send out instead of my delayed wig. I was totally fine waiting, but I was just so impressed with the amount of communication from the customer service team. I was never left in the dark wondering when it would show up.
