The first shipment got lost in the mail. Epic Cosplay was very responsive and resent the shipment, tailoring the re-shipment to my request of adding tracking. I paid the tracking fee, and they sent it right away.
I ordered samples, and they all arrived in pristine condition. I'll be happy to order from them again.
