Really fast service, including customer service response, however the tracking number links don't work for me still and I have ordered from them twice now, but there is a link in one of the order confirmation emails that will let you look at a map of the shipment tracking on their site instead of DHL. My first order came earlier than the estimated delivery date too. The wigs are very smooth and great quality, I have never seen futura fibers until now. It was easy to straighten and cut, but it's actually so smooth it wants to slip out of my hair clips and hair ties!
