Epic Cosplay Wigs has one of the best customer services I've ever seen in ANY company. Both wigs that I was trying to purchase for my friend and I was on backorder, and while one was exchanged immediately for another one the second one was shipped a little later than expected. Yena was super attentive and gave updates on the wig which was very appreciated since the con was right around the corner. My experience was so amazing I had to drop by the Epic Cosplay Table during Katsucon and let the person manning the table how great the service was. AND while we were there they even helped/advised my friend whose wig kept slipping bc of the weight!! Literally a lifesaver hahaha
