The quality of the wig that I ordered is very good. But what stood out to me about my experience with Epic was the customer service. I ordered a backordered product and didn't receive an update after the promised time had passed. I sent an email asking for an update and I had a new and more precise timeline within 24 hours from customer service. I got the wig within that new timeframe! 10/10 experience.
