I have used Epic Cosplay for my wigs for years of Halloween and Mardi Gras costumes. I have not had much interaction with the customer service because the purchase process is smooth, and the products are good quality. I found this company around 2014, and almost 10 years later, I am still incredibly satisfied with them. I give them 5 stars easily for all aspects of the buying process—easy to use website, quick checkout, fast shipping, and of course, the best quality costume wigs.
