Wigs were good but what I want to shout out is the customer service when returning a wig for a new color. Their steps are online, but when the return took a week or so to process, I emailed to kindly ask for an estimated timeframe, to which I got a very helpful reply within a few hours! The new color is now in my hands and it's a gorgeous wig :)
