I reached out with a question about which color I should get for the cosplay I was planning. A helpful member of the team quickly got back to me with more information that helped me pick the right color. After I ordered the wig, a member of the team reached out to let me know that the estimated delivery date was VERY close to the con date and offered to switch out my wig for a similar one that would arrive sooner which I really appreciated :)
