I always have a great experience with this company. They are quick to fulfill orders and if there is any delay they are very communicative. I ordered a wig that was on back order and they personally reached out to make sure that it would arrive in time for the convention I was attending, and offered some remedies if it wouldn’t. Really great customer service, and the wigs are always fantastic quality.
