Originally ordered a different wig that was on backorder, it said it would be here within five weeks and I was fine waiting that long. Emailed asking if it would be here on time after 4 weeks and they said it would actually take another 3 weeks. That was too long for me, as I had a con to go to. Thankfully the support person was super nice and helped me change my order, and the new wig was shipped super quickly! Just wish the extra shipping time for the other wig was communicated earlier.
