Epic is a great company for cosplay items, everything is high quality and I've never had issues with them! Their return policies are a bit ridiculous with needing every single piece of paper, cardboard shaper, etc. and basically if they determine it's not able to be restocked immediately without them simply fixing it in less than 5 minutes they will charge you a 20% fee. You also have to cover return shipping and only get store credit of whatever is left after fees they may charge. It's clear this is done so they do not lose much money as a niche company but in turn this can be a turn off for some customers as it's not very considerate of the customers themselves. If you're satisfied with your item, this will not be an issue! If you're not, you're most likely better off keeping the item and figuring something else out rather than losing money.
