I love your wigs and have been buying them whenever I can for 5 years now. They have lasted and are still in great condition. I recieved a wig that had some stitches come undone which made it no longer fit. When I contacted you guys to see if there was an easy way to fix the wig, you sent me a gift card to completely replace it. You guys could have easily written it off as user error, but did not. And as a customer who uses your wigs to cosplay frequently, I appreciate that you made it right. 10/10 will continue to support you until I can no longer cosplay.
