Packaged nicely, a tiny bit tangled but just a little bit and thats honestly a given with wigs but the way they package definitely minimizes that. This is my second wig from epic cosplay and honestly I couldn't recommend them enough, their products are always super nice and affordable if i could rate them 10 stars i would:)
