Brought my boy an £900 bike from epic motors, the chain is Constantly coming off, even after keep on tightening the back wheel it works it’s self lose after ever ride or during so spoils the fun, back break also works it’s self lose every time, there’s some wrong with this, have emailed many times and just tell me it’s minor fixers, taken this to a bike shop and they have told me to take it back to where I’ve brought the bike from. Had the throttle stop work ping the first week of having the bike, I had myself had to take the bike apart to find there was a cable not properly plugged in and come lose, this was also apparently a minor fix that the Customers should know how to fix. Had the front light bulb go after 5weeks, my fault too, shouldn’t wash the bike with any water, just a damp cloth, there’s no rubber gasket protecting the bulb from moisture levels, very poor bike and customer service for £900 spent on the bike and had all these issues in less than 4 months, spend your money else where
