As a patient, I did not get to talk with the dietitians/doctors and the experiences I had in therapy were generally unhelpful. I did not feel supported in my recovery: not being allowed to speak to a therapist one-on-one until after weight restoration was a flaw in Equip's treatment approach, and the assigned therapist was unattentive and lacked empathy.
