I ordered a non standard bit and Equiport were very quick in making sure I understood there was a longer lead time (from South Africa). It was stated on the website but they emailed me a few hours later to check I had seen this. Very good customer service. Item actually arrived the shorter end of the timescale (4-6 weeks).
