I was pleasantly surprised by this balm not only did it smell lush it was easy to apply, non greasy and I definitely felt like it helped with my niggles after my long run. I quite often get knee pain and it's a great size to keep in the car for after my run. I would most definitely recommend this to anyone who suffers from muscle aches after a workout and haven't tried cbd balm just yet
