Ergox were clear about when their product would arrive and it arrived on time. Also, the person my partner called for help with a specific question near the end of assembling the table was lovely and very clear about what should work - and it did. My problem with the company is the lack of any practical face -to -face customer support. When I explained that we were overwhelmed by the complex instructions about how to assemble their product and asked how much it would cost to have someone do it for us, we were told they 'didn't do that'. Considering we had the offer of a handyman from another source who (after a long day at work) looked at the instructions and told us he didn't expect the table to be so complicated to assemble, it wasn't just our opinion. And the major components of the beautiful table we'd bought were incredibly heavy. To us it seemed that the fact they didn't provide anyone from their company, or people who they could contract work through, was a significant issue.
