Good afternoon Two days ago I took receipt of the above order and was very happy with the quick delivery of my order. However, when I tried to open the workstation to a usable position I found I could not understand the 3 steps to do so. Yes, only 3 steps and I was baffled at step 2!! I decided to wait until my sister arrived today to see if she could see what I was not seeing but no she could not see either! So we went over the whole workstation trying to work it out and we eventually did, but more by mistake than actually solving the issue. We worked out how to open up the stand by it flying open and very soundly and cruelly landing right on my sister’s foot (unfortunately the foot she has had an operation on!) There was no instruction anywhere or any indication to be alert for the chance that this might occur and I feel that was very remiss of you. The force with which the workstation opened could have caused severe harm to someone and I thought you should be made aware of that. My sister still isn’t speaking to me! Sincerely
