This was an exceptional experience. Customer service was excellent, fast communication and easy pick up. The desk is brilliant. We have so many black outs, I didn't want a stand desk that plugs in. Assembly was not hard, and the desk itself is sturdy and attractive. The lift mechanism is reasonably smooth and raises gently and at a good measured pace ( compared to the vari desk that I had). A momentary push using your body in a comfortable position with just your body weight, and it lowers again- I absolutely love it! The cross bar underneath makes the table stable but it also means I cannot cross my legs under the table, but that is ok as it encourages me to sit properly with both feet on my foot rest. For the price, this is convenient, great quality, wonderful design and exactly what I wanted. I got the smaller desk which is ample to home what I need on top- two monitors on arms or stands and a laptop. Thank you so much Ergox! I love, love, love my new table!!
