Mount arm is very solid. The tricky thing is the neck was super tight so don't even bother thinking about tilting the monitor up and down... even hurt my finger trying to unscrew the bolt but in vain. They sent me another neck. Appreciate the service, but again, I'm not able to use the new neck just yet because there was no spare screw or nut coming with it....I could've used the screw on the original neck and I was actually able to take the screw out. The thing is the nut that mounts to the screw was like welded to the bottom of the old neck...impossible to take it out. So had to put everything back in one piece and now using the old neck again. Will have to hit Bunnings to get a nut of the right size for the screw, hopefully they have it. Quite disappointed and took me quite some time but still decided to give the business a 5* review. At least they came out of their way to support me..
