Product (under-desk keyboard tray) was less than satisfactory - very difficult to assemble with instructions/pictures that were very small, which made it hard to identify interlocking parts and how it should go together. The keyboard tray locks don't seem to work and even in the lowest position one side is higher than the other (possibly because the mechanism on that side is very stiff), so the keyboard is on something of a tilt. So, this does not represent value for money.
