I believe there is to much emphases on good and bad service.
Being of service is just that, helping people and working together.
What I received is the service I would expect from someone, who firstly is providing service of any kind and secondly wanting to provide service compentantly.
Anything else is not bad, it is purely someone who is not diligent for the task.
