This is my second bad experience with ernest jones. 1st one I didn't receive the order I'd placed at all so ended up cancelling. Disappointed as it was a birthday present for my husband.
This time I took my watch in for repair they said it would be 4 weeks. Excessive for just a new glass face. But its now 4.5 months later and iv still not had it back. Online really unhelpfully and didn't even allologise. Never using this company again for anything!
