Ernest Jones are totally incompetent not interested in it's customers no help given to me.
It employs a rubbish delivery company who failed to deliver 3 times. Contacted Ernest Jones its advisors have no common sense don't seem to realise it's customers should come 1st
Totally incompetent won't be using them again.... Still waiting for my order
